What of the Future?

Bible Readings:                                                  

·     A wonderful world is coming: Isaiah 65: 9, 17-25

·     Signs of the Saviours Return: Matthew 24: 3-13, 21-44

·     Against building treasure on earth: James 5:1-11

·     The Bible has a lot of information about the events that will occur at the end of the world – political, economic, scientific, religious, environmental

·     Jesus Christ’s return will change the world and bring peace

·     After the judgement and first resurrection there will be a day of rest (a millennium) before a final resurrection. God’s victory will then be complete.

·     The Elect – the 144,000 descended from Israel - have a unique role in this plan.

·     What role do we choose for ourselves?
