·     God often gives us clear instructions, but we think we know better! 

·     Sometimes we might think that God does not know all the circumstances 

·     James sets out some basic, fundamental principles for the lifestyle God wants us to follow

·     There are promises in the Scriptures of the glory that God will show in those who are alive and obeying His instructions at the return of Jesus Christ.

·     Prayer is a conversation, but are we open to hearing what God has to say?

·     Listening to God can give us comfort and direction

·     Are we responding to what God is calling us to be?
