Hymn 89:  Entering the Land

·        Joshua had been prepared by God to lead Israel into the Promised Land

·        Jesus spoke of a new Kingdom, and how the enter it

·        Jesus showed us how to prepare to enter the new Kingdom, the Promised Land

·        As with Joshua, God will choose and prepare His chosen people to enter the Land

·        Entering the Land is entering into life wholly, being preserved in spirit and soul and body when Jesus Christ returns.
