Summary of Readings
·
This
Series has shown that our desire to know and understand leads us to seeking a
purpose in life which ultimately can only come from belonging to God
·
Consequently,
we live in expectation of the fulfillment of His Promises
·
Bible
students in Jesus’ time expected the coming of the Christ, and wondered
how it would happen – today we look in the same way for His return
·
As
we each await God’s direction in our lives, we seek to follow the Lifestyle set
out in the Scriptures - Peter and Paul both gave examples
·
God
has shown us that He expects holiness from those who wait on Him, seeking to be
consecrated to Him wholly - in spirit and soul and body – at the end of this age
and the return of Jesus Christ to this earth.
