Summary of Readings

§     Athens was a great City in lots of ways, and the heart of many Athenians was also to seek after the Truth

§     From the beginning God had allowed Satan to develop different understandings in people’s minds, but promised that a great light of truth would arise

§     Whilst waiting at Athens Paul visited the Areopagus where many people gathered to discuss ideas and philosophies, and explained to them the Christin Faith

§     In Romans Paul further explained that God gives different understanding to each of us, and our responsibility is to account to God for what He has given us personally, rather than contend with people holding different beliefs

§     People interpret the Bible in different ways do you believe in the return of Jesus and seek for life for evermore (spiritual or physical) to be attained when He returns?
